Please note that the prices shown above are the base estimate for each option, and depending on factors such as complexity, props, number of actors, etc., are subject to change. That said, I'm always open to discuss the best option that works for both the buyer and myself, so feel free to ask if unsure about something.
A few items that might modify the final price:
Complexity(character): +0-25% of the base price, this entails details such as elaborate jewelry, tattoos, highly detailed armor, etc.Complexity(background): +0-50% of the base price, based on the complexity of the composition/background items.Props: +0-30% of the base price for complex* weapons, tools, pets, familiars, etc.
-In the case of a simple prop, i.e. a basic staff or sword for example, this does not apply.Number of characters: +50$ of the base price for each character added.Play FFXIV?:

The more the merrier! A view of the character from multiple angles if possible, closeups of smaller details, etc. If there is a lack of such, please provide me with images/names of similar items and a throughout description for the design.
Specific references for poses and expressions are not mandatory, but providing some inspirational material for those is extremely helpful.
References for props, accessories, pets, etc.
References for the background if applies.
-Confidentiality: If you wish the artwork's posting to be delayed please make sure to make it clear ahead of time.**A complex render might include more complex lighting/backgrounds/compositions/detailing than a simple render, depending on the piece commissioned.

Terms and conditionsBy commissioning me, you will accept the terms listed below.
I. Will Draw/Won't Draw
-I reserve the right to decline any orders that I might not feel comfortable with. For a general list of Ok's and not Ok's, see below:OK:

-Humans or humanoid creatures
-Mecha
-Animals or monsters
-Gore (To an extent, ask.)
-Lightly suggestive imagery (ask)
-Furries (ask)NOT OK
-Explicit/NSFW content
-Lolis/Minors in sexualized positions
-Political, religious or hateful content
-Real people-I also will not reproduce a copyrighted image or character without consent of its copyright owner. I will not accept requests to replicate another artist's style.-If your request does not fall into any of these categories, or if you are unsure about it, ask and we can discuss.
II. Payment
-Currently the payment will be made via PayPal invoices, in USD or EUR only. DO NOT send anything before getting the invoice.-It is important that you provide me with a valid PayPal email, and that you notify me once the payment has been sent.-50% of the payment is done upfront, and will not be refunded in the case of a cancellation. In the case of sketch orders, the full price is to be payed upfront, and will not be refunded if the order is cancelled.-Once the general composition, pose and other major elements of the artwork have been approved after the sketch phase, any other major changes will have an extra fee of 10% of the base price for the time invested. Color adjustments and other minor changes can be requested throughout the entirety of the process without any charges.-Once the rendering process begins and the full price has been paid, there will be no refunds. If the order is cancelled during or after the sketch process, the first 50% paid will not be refunded, but the client will not be charged for the full price.
III. Copyright
-The client is free to share or post the artwork on their social media, as long as it is properly credited.-At this time, I do not accept commissions for commercial works. Therefore, the piece is for personal use only and should not be distributed, reproduced, sold for a profit or used for commercial purposes.-The client is not allowed to edit or trace the artwork, remove the signature or claim it as their own.-The artwork CAN NOT be used/sold as an NFT or anything alike.-I retain the right to use the finished artwork for promotional purposes, be it on my website, social media, in portfolios, or anything alike. If the client wishes for the posting of the piece to be delayed, it is their responsibility to let me know ahead of time.
